Small Donor Sponsorships
Medical Clinic
Medication Sponsor – $153+
Prescription and non-prescription drugs that are provided to patients of the clinic based on the doctors or nurse recommendation. Medication is being procured to cover at least 250 patients.
Medical Team Sponsor – $510(3 Days)+
(3) Medical Doctors -facilitate health education session; perform clinical consultation; evaluate results of health screening; prescribe OTC drugs or prescription drugs as needed.
Medical Equipment Sponsor – $425+
Covers the cost of medical devices used to perform health screening for diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure, colon cancer, stomach ulcers, etc.
Prescription Drugs Sponsor – $287+
Sponsor can also opt to cover only the cost of prescription drugs.
Non-prescription Drugs Sponsor – $172+
Sponsor can also opt to cover only the cost of non-prescription drugs.
Doctor Sponsor – $130(1 Day)+
Sponsor can also opt to cover the cost of a doctor for a day.
Dental Clinic
Dental Team Sponsor – $900 (3 Days)
(2) Dentists & (1) Hygienist -facilitate health education sessions; perform dental consultation; perform general cleaning; perform extraction.
Dentist or Dental Hygienist Sponsor – $200 (1 Day)
Sponsor can also opt to cover the cost of a dentist or Dental hygienist for a day.
Dental Supplies Sponsor – $500 (1 Day)
Medicated toothpaste, regular toothpaste, toothbrush, dental floss, and mouthwash. These supplies will be distributed to approximately 150 children.
